Our Mission

The Make-A-Wish Foundation^® of Greater Pennsylvania and Southern West Virginia grants wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. We are proud to have served more than 12,500 children in 57 Pennsylvania and 23 West Virginia counties in our 28-year history.

More than 85% of all donations fund wish granting activities.
