WV Oil, Marketers & Grocers Association (OMEGA-WV)

West Virginia Oil Marketers & Grocers Association (OMEGA), an organization representing convenience stores, independent grocers and petroleum marketers across West Virginia, through an August wish star campaign and a golf outing, raised $168,507 for Make-A-Wish in West Virginia. For the OMEGA Kickoff, wish child Laila, her mom and brother, as well as wish kid Cameron and his sister, joined OMEGA president Jan Vineyard, OMEGA Member Services Coordinator Traci Nelson and Make-A-Wish Southern West Virginia Manager Marisa Pedro at the Go Mart in Kanawha City. Jim Oppe, Owner of Foodland Stores in Parkersburg and Vienna, who is currently serving as the board President, Jan Vineyard, President of OMEGA and Shaylia, wish child from NWV Chapter, at the kickoff. Wish Child Landon signs a star at the kickoff event held at a Little General Store in Crab Orchard, WV. Southern West Virginia Make-A-Wish Manager Marisa Pedro accepts the donation from Jim Oppe, Chairman of the Board for OMEGA and Owner of Foodlands in Parkersburg, WV Area, OMEGA staff member Marti Riggall, OMEGA Director of Membership ServicesTraci Nelson and President of OMEGA Jan Vineyard.
