Jeans for Wishes

Lesley Snitger and her team at Sanofi-aventis Pharmaceuticals wore jeans for wishes and raised $110 in honor of World Wish Day®. Sanofi-aventis Pharmaceuticals generously matched the team's contributions for a total donation of $220. Thank you so much! Wish mom Jill Spitznagel (front row, middle) is pictured with her co-workers at Duquesne University wearing Jeans for Wishes. Jill recruited four departments at Duquesne to support the World Wish Day campaign and raised more than $1,000! A big thank you to Jill and Duquesne University! Martini Bus Company employees from Hazelton, PA, donated $75 in support of our World Wish Day Jeans for Wishes campaign. The donation came from the family of wish kid Joel who went to the Walt Disney World® Resort last November. Bishop Leonard – St. Mary of The Mount Academy held a World Wish Day Jeans Day and raised $500! Wish mom Jan Duffy, whose daughter Kelly went to Hawaii in 2006, sent in the donation. Wish kid Haley presented the $1,174 check for the proceeds raised from the Duquesne University's Jeans for Wishes day. Haley's mom works at the university and organized the fundraiser. Haley is standing in front of her wish picture hanging up in the Make-A-Wish lobby with Manager of Special Events Stephanie Pugliese.
